The versatile functions of the ConfWareTM online registration and management system cover the whole time period of conference arrangement.


Generally:

  • Every connection uses safe 128-bit SSL encryption.
  • In order to enter, login and password is required both on the registration and the administration side.
  • Possibility of password change.


Registration side:

  • On-line registration of the participants with personal data. Valid e-mail address is required for the authentication of the participant.
  • Submitting presentations, possibility of uploading abstracts and full paper.
  • Automatic e-mail notification after registering a submitted presentation.
  • Reservation with multiple options in room types and sharing, with contingent management.
  • Selection of the optional programmes.
  • Setting claims to meals and banquettes (if not included in participation fee).
  • Setting transfer claims.
  • Selection of the participation fee category.
  • Naming accompanying persons.
  • Selection of payment method and supplying billing address with system-generated pro-forma invoices (in pdf format).
  • Possibility of online credit card payment (CIB Bank eCommerce, PayPal) through secure connection.


Administration side (administration centre):

  • Listing filled forms.
  • Individual datasheets which follow data modification and list new applicants.
  • Maintenance and listing of participants with several sorting and filtering options.
  • Maintenance and listing of unauthenticated participants.
  • Maintenance and listing of abstracts.
  • Complete on-line abstract review system. The reviewer's rights can be set individually.
  • Possibility of sending system-generated circular e-mail about the abstract acceptance, by presentation category.
  • Assembling the scientific program, with taking the reviews in consideration.
  • Maintenance and listing of accommodation, filtering by hotels and payment status.
  • Maintenance and listing of optional programmes.
  • Maintenance of lunch or banquet lists.
  • Maintenance of payment list (options to set the arrival of fees and billing status).
  • Lists of payments.
  • Possibility of search in the lists by name and e-mail address.
  • Lists offer various sorting and filtering options.
  • Possibility of MS Excel export from every available list.
  • Notification e-mail for the organisers about the online credit card payments.
  • Administrator rights can be adjusted individually.
